What is cider?
Cider is neither beer nor wine. It is fermented apple juice with varying amounts of alcohol. It is unclear where cider originated from. Whether it was in England or France. Or other traditional cider regions such as northern Spain or German Hessen. But one thing is clear: it was definitely not in the Czech Republic. And that is exactly why a Czech version of this page is needed and why it needs to be thorough. For you dear foreigner, you probably already know what cider is. If you just want to get some, either search for it on the interactive cider map, or go straight to InCider Bar, which is the first and only cider bar in the Czech Republic where you can have about 40 kinds of cider, both Czech ones as well as imported.
